We are opening a postdoc position in electrochemistry. Applications are invited for a full-time fixed-term (1 year, renewable) postdoctoral position in the BioMAD lab (Lab of Prof. Dana Alsulaiman) in the PSE Division at KAUST. The postdoc will be tasked with the design, development, and characterization of next-generation electrochemical biosensors for the detection of disease-specific biomarkers including nucleic acids and proteins. The biosensors will be based on probe-functionalized 2D nanomaterials such as graphene. The project will involve collaboration work with local hospitals as well as local and international institutions.
